Cross Coverage Water Co. is an authorized Honest Water Co. dealer. Whole-home water systems installed by Cross Coverage Water Co. are covered by the following warranty.
Lifetime warranty
The dry parts, ceramic discs, storage tanks, and media tanks are warranted for life to the original purchaser of the system.
5-year warranty
The control valve, circuit board, and media are warranted for 5 years from the date of installation.
1-year warranty
Installation labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of installation. This labor coverage is provided by Cross Coverage Water Co. and our licensed plumbers.
